This miso sauce is specially formulated for Lean Wagyu beef yakiniku, with the refreshing sweetness of carefully selected fruits. It has a sweet and spicy flavor that is not too heavy, bringing out the umami of the Wagyu beef.

使用する前日に冷蔵庫に入れてください。1日ゆっくり低温で解凍することによってドリップ（肉の旨み成分）の流出が抑えられます。

Gift wrapping is available for single purchases of Wagyu beef products. Check "Shipping Method" > "I would like to send as a gift" on the cart page , select the type of gift wrapping and enter the name you would like to include before purchasing.
If you purchase multiple items, you only need to select the gift wrapping for one item. The remaining items will be packed together in a box with the gift wrapping and shipped to the address you specify.
・We will send the product by frozen mail via Yamato Transport.
・Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped within two days.
