LEAN WAGYU embodies the concept of "Wagyu with delicious lean meat." LEAN WAGYU is a Japanese Black Wagyu from Kagoshima, raised over a long period without using feed additives such as Monensin, under strict control by our partner farms. Great care is taken in selecting cattle with excellent lineage for high meat quality. Among these, we define "Lean Wagyu" as beef selected according to our unique standards, characterized by a low melting point of fat and a rich umami in its lean meat.
