9) Suspension of use of personal information, etc.

1. Users may request that the Company suspend the use of their personal data held by the Company, delete it, or suspend its provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.").

When we receive a request as set forth in the preceding paragraph, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and if we determine as a result that the request is justified, we will suspend the use of the personal data in question. However, if suspending the use of personal information would require a large amount of money or it would be difficult to suspend the use for other reasons, and we can take alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of users, we will take these alternative measures.
